The Dakota Wesleyan University Highlanders vocal chorus and the Wesleyan Bells will perform at Asbury UMC. The DWU Spring Tour features a 14-voice select choir from DWU – the Highlanders. The Highlanders will feature both sacred and secular pieces. The Wesleyan Bells ring five octaves of handbells and three octaves of hand chimes. They are the only collegiate handbell ensemble in the Dakotas. Each year these groups perform for audiences in South Dakota and as far away as Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Minneapolis, and Omaha. The concert is free and open to the public.
