  • 2022 Asbury Film Festival

Join us for this year's Asbury Film Festival as we explore a variety of films in search of the activity of God through the stories that they tell. Jesus often taught in story and parable as stories carry incredible meaning and illustrate so many things about the world around us. We believe that this is true of movies as well and that, whether the filmmakers intended it or not, we can find God at the movies!

We will show each movie on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary prior to our Sunday sermon with FREE popcorn and drinks available for a donation to support missions. You are encouraged to pay attention tot he ratings as not all movies are appropriate for children and may contain language and situations that some adults may consider offensive.

    Wednesday Movie Nights:

August 10- "West Side Story" 2021- (PG-13- violence, strong language)

We hope to see you at the movies and would encourage you to extend an invitation to a friend!

  • Trustees projects at Asbury

Asbury's Trustees are moving forward with a few needed projects at the church and you have the opportunity to help make them happen! First, we are replacing a few of the rooftop HVAC units that have been in use for longer than their intended lifespan. The cost of these units will exceed $60,000, of which we have already placed a $24,000 downpayment. We are also planning to refinish and reupholster the pews in the Sanctuary and the chairs in the Chapel. The Trustees are challenging Asbury members to consider giving $97 for each family member to cover the cost or to prayerfully consider what they might be able to contribute. You can contribute to either of these projects by visiting the online giving page here!
